What this page collects today
This page has no account system, no signup or contact form, and no analytics, advertising pixel, or cookie-based tracking of any kind. We checked the code that ships with this page to confirm that before publishing this policy. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first, before any such tool goes live.
The only third-party connection this page makes is to load web fonts (Fraunces, Hanken Grotesk, JetBrains Mono) from Google Fonts. Loading a web font causes your browser to request it directly from Google's servers, which may see your IP address and standard browser request headers. This is a font delivery request, not a cookie or tracking script on our part - see our Cookie Policy for more detail.
Like most web servers, the server this page is hosted on may automatically log basic technical information - such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps - for security and operational purposes. We use this only to keep the service reliable and secure, not to build a profile of you.

The "Talk to us" and "Get started" links on this page go to akolagtech.com/contact, an AkolagTech-operated page with its own contact form. Anything you submit there is collected and processed by AkolagTech under AkolagTech's own Privacy Policy, not by this page.
How we use and share information
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own use. Where we do process information - such as the technical server logs described above, or information you submit through the AkolagTech contact form - we use it only to operate and secure our services, respond to you, and better serve our customers.
Your rights (GDPR and similar frameworks)
Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, request erasure of, receive a copy of (portability), or object to our processing of your personal information.
- Lawful basis. Basic server logs are processed under our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and operational. Anything you submit through the AkolagTech contact form is processed under AkolagTech's own stated basis - see AkolagTech's Privacy Policy.
- Retention. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operational purposes, then rotated or deleted. We do not otherwise retain personal data collected through this page, because this page does not collect any.
- Exercising your rights. Contact us using the details below and we will respond to verified requests.
International operations
AkolagTech operates from the United States and, through Akolag Technology Limited, our Nigeria entity, from Nigeria. Any information processed in connection with this page or the linked AkolagTech contact form may be handled by our team or service providers in either location.
